MAKE YOUR LABEL × AYRA AYRA's speaking orb · new version · she runs the showroom

Explained like you’re new

The new orb works like Siri: living colour inside dark glass that moves with her voice, and a light that rings the screen while she's with you. Tap the orb, or let AYRA run the showroom. She moves the live page to each scene as she speaks, highlights what she means, flips the switch, asks your label's name and shows your plan. After your label name and first piece, three quick taps tell her how you build: where you push, where you stall, what you keep and what you hand to MakeYourLabel. Your label assembles on screen as you answer. Then she shows you her real work: six minutes from our own label's back office, replayed with the orb following every state. Then she transfers you, live, to the person who'd make it: a room opens, a designer claims it from her console, AYRA stays on, and the designer shares a Sötbella piece and sends the $99 wallet while you talk. Then the morning after: her 07:30 line and AYRA's back office, with one approval that waits for her word. Then the twelve weeks: MakeYourLabel's loop, design three, validate with real samples and creatives, scale the one that wins, run on her behalf. Switch scenarios to see the page drop mid-room (the call moves to her phone) or no one free (a callback she chose, dialled on time). Turn on "No mic? Type" to answer in text and use your own label name.

WHAT WE DO
You have the idea. We make the brand.
Your drawing or photo becomes real clothes with your name on the label — made, photographed, sold online, and run day to day. You don’t need to know how any of it is made.

WHAT IT NORMALLY TAKES
Why can’t I just go to a factory?
A FACTORY500 PIECESA DRAWING OF EVERY MEASUREMENTAN AD AGENCYMONEY FOR ADS
A factory won’t talk to you without a technical drawing, and usually wants hundreds of pieces. Then you’d need photos, a shop, ads, and someone to run it all. That’s where most first brands stop.

Meta claims more sales than she gets. At Sötbella the platform over-claims by about half.
Re-scores every ad on real orders and delivery; judges on cash collected.
    Any budget move.
Returns that cost twice. Fit and size send pieces back, with shipping both ways.
Returns by reason and size; grades the next run from them.
    Rule changes.
Booked isn't collected. A dashboard number and the bank disagree.
Daily: kept + delivered = collected; in flight; lost. Never shows a number it can't read.
    Never moves money.
The ad that worked costs double now. At Sötbella 147 ads produced 12 winners.
Fatigue watch; refresh before killing; new builds land paused.
    Every scale, pause or kill.
Bags fill, nobody finishes paying. Checkout drops below her own normal.

Every sale costs an ad. At Sötbella most revenue comes from people who already bought.
Remembers fit and occasion; offers a journey to past buyers.

Spec · the founder feature, designed with Satya AYRA (5 Oct), adapted

    What it is

    • "How you build": a card about her, built from her own three answers (how she starts, what she stalls on, how she sells). The card says so: "This is what you told me, arranged. You decide if it's true."
    • Placement: after label name, first piece and moment; before the plan card. Optional: Skip to my plan costs nothing. Same plan card, same room, same $99.
    • Satya AYRA's design used a birth date and time with her engine behind it. This version keeps her placement, rules and brand plan but takes the answers from the founder instead of birth data, so nothing on screen claims to know her before she speaks. Her rating of her own design, 6/10 → 8.5, is not carried over; this version is unrated.
    • Language rules (hers): pattern, pace, strength, where you stall, "built to". Never a promise about the label's success. Mirror, not authority.

    Brand plan rules (hers)

    • Use case decides what (category, market, ticket). How she builds decides how.
    • Palette: the piece sets the family; where she stalls sets the contrast (too many ideas → one hero colour, high contrast; admin or being seen → restrained).
    • First drop: too many ideas → three pieces, one hero; stalls on admin → five, because she under-ships.
    • Cadence: starts fast → drops when ready, MakeYourLabel holds the gate; circles first → a fixed calendar.
    • Channel: sells face to face → trunk show and the live room; through story → one platform, on camera; quietly → site and email.
    • Hand to MakeYourLabel: what she stalls on. She owns what she's strong at.

    Where it personalises

    • Designer's first line in the room: her strength only. The designer sees a one-line handoff ("decides slowly, commits hard: show one direction"), never the card.
    • The $99 moment: a circler also gets "Hold this for 24 hours, same price". No pressure copy.
    • 07:30 line: one sentence against what she stalls on.
    • Back office: AYRA flags the stall pattern (a fourth fabric swap) to the designer, not to her.
    • Week-3 gate question is her stall: "Did you keep it to the hero?"

    Data, events, test

    • Stored: answers and card on her MakeYourLabel account; deletable in one tap; designers get the handoff line only.

    • The one A/B: card offered vs straight to the plan. Judge plan card → $99 paid and the week-3 gate, at 200 plan cards per arm.
    • Kill rules: opened under 35% → it's friction, move it after payment · $99 conversion 15% below the other arm → same · "That's me" under 70% at 50 answers → drop the card, keep the plan rules.
    How she runs the showroom

Real tools, already in the live agent

    • navigate_to(scene) moves the page to top, wall, loop, solution, ayra or book while she talks. New: proof.
    • highlight_booking and show_booking_form light up the consult and the wallet.
    • New: transfer_to_designer opens a live room with Satya's handoff: the room is reserved first, a designer claims it from her console, and AYRA stays seated. start_onboarding sends the $99 wallet from the room; check_payment_status confirms it. book_consultation is now only the fallback when no one is free.
    • New: replay_session replays a saved back-office session (every moment is saved as it happens) so a visitor sees the real work; show_build_card and show_brand put her card and her assembling label on the page; show_plan_card puts her plan there, inside the conversation.
    Rules the orb keeps

From the ratings and the funnel

    • No mic is not a dead end. "No mic? Type" keeps the same conversation (MakeYourLabel AYRA's P0).
    • Captions always play, so a muted phone or a blocked voice still gets the whole showroom.
    • A person first, wallet second for a first-timer: the live room comes before the $99 (Sötbella AYRA, rating 4 at the close).
    • Live join needs a rota showing someone online (MakeYourLabel AYRA's veto 1). Otherwise the 45-second miss leads to a named slot, never "someone will call you".
    • Her label name comes back first, then one question at a time.
    • Reduced motion slows the light and turns off smooth scrolling.
    Build notes

    What it takes to ship

    • The orb is one small canvas: five soft colour blobs, blurred and blended, clipped to a circle. No library.
    • In production its level comes from the voice stream (ElevenLabs output and input volume), as the live page does today.
    • The edge light is CSS only: a turning colour ring masked to the screen edge.
    • Self-host the voice SDK first, so ad blockers can't stop her starting.
